Brave Parking Reductions Considered by Victoria Council

I’m impressed that Victoria City Council is considering reducing the number of parking spaces in James Bay, by allowing rental housing to be developed on the site of a current parking garage. Mayor and council should be commended for their bravery in exploring ways in which to discourage car use.
