This month’s topic is Urban Renewal & The Politics of Exclusion in Victoria, B.C. It takes up themes and issues raised by Jordan Stanger-Ross in his City Talk at the Legacy Gallery on October 18.

Here are the details:

Date: October 20, 2012
When: 10 am to 12 pm
Where: Meet at Songhees Point.

The tour will start at the large rock outcrop along the Songhees Walkway, near the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa. The tour continues over the Johnson Street Bridge and stops at several points in and around downtown.

Here is a detailed description, with photos of the sites we’ll visit and the questions we’ll discuss.
